What should I do in the case of an error when I can’t add my order?

In the case when you can’t add your order, please contact us and we’ll try to solve your problem as soon as possible.

Is there a maximum number of orders I can place in the system?

The number of orders you can place is not limited.

How long will it take before my order is completed?

All our services generally start within 24 hours.
There are however exceptions depending on the size of the order. Do check with us if you're uncertain though.

How do I delete or cancel an order?

Simply click "Cancel" while still in Pending stage. Alternatively, please contact us to have any orders that are already in progress cancelled.

Can I order more than one package at the same time?

You are welcome to place multiple orders as all of the packages can run concurrently. Our advanced tracking system makes this possible with no confusion. Do note however that you are unable to add the same YouTube URL for different views packages at the same time. This is to ensure that you are getting exactly what you paid for without getting orders mixed up.
